The International Fishing Fair in Ancona, from 18 to 20 May 2008, is an appointment of fundamental importance in view of the Mediterranean fair with regard to equipment, shipbuilding, aquaculture but also production, processing, storage, transport, marketing and the different pattern of consumption of fish products.
